On May the 15th the participants of EuroExpoFurniture-2002 and the seminar "Furniture industry: manufacture, commerce, taxation, customs, investments, entrance of Russia in WTO", have gathered at the party, organized by Sokolniki Culture & Exhibition Centre in a banquet hall of the Renaissance Moscow hotel on occasion of the 10th anniversary of EuroExpoFurniture exhibition and the opening of new exhibition hall in Sokolniki. 

The celebration of the jubilee of the 10th EuroExpoFurniture – the worldwide known exhibition of furniture and accessories that is approved by many prestigious authoritative associations of exhibitions' organizers - has become a big festival of the Russian furniture industry. 

In 2002 EuroExpoFurniture is 10 years old. On occasion of the jubilee on May 14 – 18 , 2002 Sokolniki Culture & Exhibition Centre carries out a festive lottery. 

The Seminar will run in the scope of the 10th jubilee international exhibition Euroexpofurniture-2002 

In March 2002 a system of electronic registration of visitors and participants in events will be introduced at Sokolniki Culture & Exhibition Centre. 

In 2001 Sokolniki Culture & Exhibition Centre, organizer of the international exhibition “Rosupak” was admitted in the World Packaging Organization at WPO session in Istanbul (Turkey). 

Representatives of more than 20 countries are demonstrating their products at the largest furniture show Euroexpofurniture (May 12-16). Oriental luxury and laconic Scandinavian design, Italian exquisiteness and German preciseness are neighbouring in the exhibition halls. 

On May 12 IEC “Crocus Expo” (Moscow) welcomed opening of the 17th international furniture exhibition Euroexpofurniture and 8th exhibition for component parts, accessories and materials for furniture production Interkomplekt.
